It's been five months already that we (24 Canadian girls and only one guy) have been in Nantes. Our year abroad started at the end of September. We explore the city, we travel inside and outside France, we spend time with our host families, we meet new friends and we eat good food, besides carrying four courses each term. In December, our dear professor Robert Ryan left us, and teacher Anne Marie Miraglia came to join us after the Christmas holidays. . . . In the few months that remain, we will continue to improve our French and explore Nantes, and we will face a new obstacle: leaving everything that's become familiar during our time here.
